Increasing the level of funding for projects by artists or organizers of artistic and cultural projects; increasing local involvement by demanding their own rights and facilities from artists to local authorities under the laws that represent them; the standardization of a copyright remuneration threshold, in the light of the transparency of artists' rights and obligations.

Regular harmonization, norms and systemic and sectoral legislative changes may decongest funding for the expanded cultural field.
